Northwest Urgent Care at Broadway

As someone who is snowboarding in Tucson and not on Medicare, seeking health care can be intimidating. The staff at Northwest were helpful and provided the information I needed to make the visit easy. Everyone was friendly and Dr. Luke (I’ve forgotten his last name), was friendly and reassuring regarding my concern and diagnosis. I felt seen and heard which is refreshing.

Normally I have issues with getting medical care but I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful my experience was at Northwest Urgent Care at Broadway. i was seen quickly, the NP was very knowledgeable and treated me with respect. The only issue was trying to book the appt online. The system kept telling me to book the next available appt instead of accepting the time I chose. I don't think the appt ever went through, but they take walk-ins so it didn't really matter if I had the appt. Highly recommend!

I had missed my primary appt due to my alarm clock set for a different time. My ear was getting to b very bothersome. I to don't drive, but on my way home from bank walking distance I see the urgent care and was able to b seen. My new primary appt wasn't for another month and a half. Everyone was very, very nice. Love the location. I didn't have to wait so long to b attended. And my ear was taken care of. Thank you.

Great experience for me. I was the only one there, so I didn't have to wait long. Everyone from receptionist to nurse to doctor... every one was polite, caring, kind, and helpful. Definitely recommend. Only thing is that they didn't have an x-ray room.
