I had three visits with Dr Bux and it was a terrible experience every time. Don't even go to the office at the Busse Center, find a different Urology office because the check-in staff has no bedside manners. 1st Visit - I'm a 32M seeing a urologist, and the entire time Dr Bux is rushing to get me out the door, not listening to me, and tells me everything is fine. I cant pee! That's not normal! He tells me that with a shrug like attitude and says come back. 2nd visit - almost emergency like, they tell me to come in same day at 1:30 - I come in, Dr Bux left for the day, the nurse Amber did a great job, but cant prescribe me anything because Dr Bux isnt there... 3rd visit, I'm late 9 minutes - I walk in and tell the woman at the check-in "I'm late for an appt" she replys with "Why??!" My first experience with this group and I only saw a PA, never the doctor I was referred to for a kidney stone. The PA recommended a procedure that I now know wasn't the best choice, but because I could not do it in the two week timeframe she recommended, the stone passed on its own. My second experience started out better, actually seeing a doctor (after getting a tongue-lashing from clerical person about being 10 minutes late). This time I had a rough time physically with many pain in what seemed like non-related areas. The doctor performed the shock wave treatment and I haven't seen him since. I'm having to go through staff, who are supposed to call me back which they are not doing. I was told to get an x-ray and they would call me back for my follow up appointment when the doctor

I've been trying to contact the doctor for three days now, and every time the secretary or nurse says she has to consult the doctor and will call me back, but she doesn't call me back, no understanding for the patient, they just take the money from the insurance for the visit, nothing else matters

They pretty much only called me in so they could bill my insurance and recoup losses from a prior cancellation. The doctor's own words were "I don't know what happened, but I'm sure you'll be okay". How can you tell me I'm going to be okay if you don't know what happened to me that sent me to the emergency room? These guys are crooks and incompetent.

Can’t even get an appointment... I’m glad your practice is doing so well you don’t need to help people in pain. Thanks for not calling me back so I can come in and have a procedure done that could help me. Thanks for making sure I don’t have fifteen bills to pay to fifteen different people after my visit. Also you should look into the persons that are responsible for calling people back. Considering the nature of your business I’m pretty sure people are not ok with having to wait for them to call back and wait even longer to get an appointment. I highly doubt they would be ok with waiting being in the kind of pain I’m in and being told you have to wait for this lady to call you back since she’s the only one that does it. I’d give you zero based on that but I can’t. So stay away from this
