Recently the hearing aids I purchased from Northwest Professional Hearing in 2016 required service. So I contacted Jill about the necessary recalibration and adjustments needed. Her response was like what you might expect from a company you purchased from six days ago not six years. Oh, and I forgot to mention that the top-of-the-line hearing aids I bought through Jill were $1,800 less than the national company's price offered through affiliation with my healthcare program, supposedly at a 20% discount. So Jill and NW Hearing join my very short list of companies that, if I need their products, I just call or email, knowing that I don't need to bother with getting competitive bids. The best company I have ever dealt with. Jill was fantastic !! I have had my Signia #5 hearing aids for about a month now and they are one of the best things I could ever have done. Even though all of my contact with Northwest Professional Hearing was over the phone it was GREAT and very easy to do. They beat my local pricing by $1400 and I also got several thing that where not included locally. I would recommend both the hearing aids and Northwest to any and everyone looking for hearing aids. I have been using a medical hearing aid provider for a number of years but decided to research options. Boy was that an eye opener. Jill’s hearing evaluation process was so much more comprehensive than I had previously received. I then got top notch aids for less money than the Dr office quoted for a much better version. I have had a few issues ( due to my own ignorance) with my aids and Jill has educated me every step of the way. All the five star ratings you see are the real thing. Jill has a customer for life and the only reason I gave a five star rating is because ten wasn’t an option.
