Next Step Physical Therapy

My family first started using Dan for physical therapy about a year ago when my son broke his leg playing football. With Dan’s help he was able to make a full recovery. More recently, I have been seeing Dan for frozen shoulder. The combination of treatment modalities he uses has been helping. Dan is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I have been very satisfied with both of our experiences. Scheduling is also flawless which is so important and helpful. Dan is always on time for the appointments. At the front desk, Lucy does a great job of making patients feel welcomed. Overall, I highly recommend this practice.

I had a great experience with Dr. Dan. I came in with full back and neck pain/tension along with daily chronic migraines and chronic health issues. Dr. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly where my body was holding tension and what it needed. He used dry needling with muscle stimulation (StemWave) to release deep, stuck muscles. Every session felt personalized, supportive, and focused on real results. I left feeling lighter, more aligned, and hopeful about managing my migraines and overall tension. Excellent experience with Dr. Dan at NextStep. I came in recovering from a hip labrum tear and the progress I’ve made has been incredible. Dry needling my hip area really helped get me past all the initial pain. We then tackled some chronic neck and back pain issues. Every session was focused, supportive, and tailored to my needs.
