Northwest Primary Care at Vail

I highly recommend this clinic! From the ladies at the front desk to the nurse to the doctor…everyone was extremely attentive, kind, and efficient. Dr. Navaneeth Ganapathiyadan, M.D. took his time with me and answered all of my questions. He listened carefully and went above and beyond to address my concerns. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I don’t think I’ve had a better experience with any other physician! I’m so glad to have a PCP who takes good care of their patients. Thank you and all of your staff for the experience. It is such a comfort to be in touch with a competent and caring medical team; especially when experiencing health concerns!

Five stars for Jacob Woods. One star for the practice. Don't even get me started on their draconian practices and rules during COVID. We moved back to the midwest and it took four attempts to get medical records transferred, and after three years, we finally gave up. Very, very difficult to connect with anyone by phone or get calls returned.

I was informed by the clinic that my insurance would not cover a screening mammogram. When I asked about standard screening guidelines by age, the clinic staff did not seem to know. My initial referral had been sent by a physician (Mehta) who has since left, and I was told that a new referral would not be issued until April 2026, when I am scheduled with a new provider (Woods). This situation represents a lapse in care and has resulted in a delay of preventive screening that I am already eligible for under established age-based guidelines. The way this was handled came across as dismissive and unhelpful, and I am concerned about the lack of attention to patient care and preventive health guidelines. I have been an established patient here for at least 3 years, generally just preventative care 2-3 times a year. Each time I see a NP or Dr. they end up leaving and I have to start the process over again and wait many months to even get an appointment. Apparently I am "new to them" in remaining PCP's. It is very frustrating when you are an established patient at a PC facility and have to start at the beginning every six months. It is absolutely clear to me why the rating here is so incredibly low. Moving on to TMC or Banner. Side note: I had already sent an email to their feedback line as requested with no response - it would appear that they simply post the response for optics.

Absolute garbage. Been trying to refill scripts I am out of, office isn’t answering or returning pharmacy calls, can’t book an appointment through the portal, office not returning my calls. Turns out my provider left the practice and I was never informed. New doctors are booking out through Aug. Need to find a new practice. Having a 1+ reviewing rating is extremely gracious. Zero care or compassion.
