Very professional and quick! The moment I walked in, I was greeting by the nicest front desk personnel and was helpful in guiding me through the sign process. Dr. Coker and her assistant really explained very good regarding the procedure at hand. At check out, the lovely office assistant, Angel, explained scheduling and post consultation. And had a smile that brightened the room! Great overall experience!

I can’t put into words how grateful and happy I am. 2 of my kids had their wisdom teeth removed. It’s been 24 hours and they feel & look great! They were amazing with them and calmed all of their nerves. On our way home (still loopy) my kids were talking about how they wanted to hang out with the doctor and staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and have already sent how happy I am to my neighborhood mom’s group text. I’ve heard so many horror stories about kids getting wisdom teeth out and I am so grateful our story is so different! Thank you so much Dr.Croxton and staff! You are incredible!!

I recently visited Northwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for an oral surgery consultation with Dr. Dickey, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The front desk team was friendly, and the office itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Dr. Dickey was awesome. They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure I needed, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. I really appreciated how calm and patient they were, which helped ease any nervousness I had going into the surgery. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt very well cared for during the entire process. The post-op instructions were clear, and I felt confident that I was in good hands for recovery

I was not impressed. And when I walked into the office, I was told to fill out paperwork that I had already done online that they were adamant about doing before my visit, which annoyed me then on top of that, I waited a very, very long time while staff chit chatted and had personal conversations for about 45 min. I was referred by my dentist, Mr. Jared Bristol, who is awesome in Smyrna. I'm trying\n To understand what was so great about this place. Only thing that was really great was Jordan. She's dynamite, she's high energy and Dr. Dickie, he's pretty cool too, my point.\nHere is that office personnel, they're the main one you deal with.And that's the first thing you see when you arrive.So maybe they need to work on the city staff

Such an awesome staff and Dr. Coker was fantastic. The staff assisted with questions and made the experience so pleasant. Dr. Coker help relieve my anxiety and addressed all my concerns. Thank you so much! Y’all are the best.
