Dr. Buchanan and his staff are amazing! Everyone that I interacted with was friendly, efficient, and kind. They each took time to answer my questions and ensure all my issues were addressed. I highly recommend you afford them the opportunity to provide your dental care.

Absolute worst dental experience I have EVER had. Lived in California, Florida, and Oklahoma. Have been to numerous dentist and dental surgeons, and I haven never had such a terrible experience. Going in for my semi- annual cleaning, the technicians rush the cleaning. I expect cleanings to take at least 1 hour. Not less than 10 mins. Won’t assist with insurance or request appeals. Don’t waste your time. Not a nice building and the techs do not know what their doing, neither does insurance intake team. Unfortunately I came in three times for cleanings assuming it would get better. Don’t make the same mistake…

Let’s start with Candice, she was absolutely wonderful. She genuinely cared about how my visit went and made sure everything was clearly explained from the moment I arrived to the time I left. I wish I could remember the name of the sweet lady with the glasses who handled my X-rays, she was so kind and incredibly thorough, making sure everything met the doctor’s standards. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The entire experience left me feeling confident about my care and excited to return to their office.

From the moment you walk in until you walk out, friendly professional service. If you leave with questions it is because you didn’t ask. All procedures and costs are discussed with you and made clear before proceeding. Our family has been with Dr B and his crew for many years and couldn’t be happier with the dental care they give us.

I was referred to this office by a friend, and it was better than I expected, the staff was very nice from the front desk to the doctor/ Assistants and hygienist. I received a consultation for Invisalign and I also had them look at my teeth and tell me anything that I needed to do, they were very thorough with my x-rays and explaining everything to make sure that I understood. Everyone was so knowledgeable and so helpful. I have no complaints. I would recommend this place to anyone hands-down.
