Waiting room on level 5. Spacious wheelchair friendly. Also when seeing my niece, receptionists switched tv channel to cartoons. It really helped keep her calm for her (neurological) visit. I've brought her for years. No complaints
Building has plain clothes security that harasses customers. Will lie to police.
