Lady at the front desk was rude, once I was called back. The nurse was a bit rude. She did my Vidal's exc. I went back to a room. A CNA gave me a nice warm blanket.. The N.P came in was very pleasant. The X-ray department. Was. Great 👍😊 ( Lisa ) N. P. Refered me too a spine specialist.. TY... Before I left. Her nurse gave me 2 shots to ease the pain.. & discomfort.. TY.. overall I say everyone was kind & caring.. Except for the front desk.. they acted like I was bothering them & interrupting their morning coffee & egg sandwich they were eating at the desk. Which I found to b unprofessional.. she was the same person that came to my room to check my insurance... I've worked in hospital settings for years!! Never Ever were we allowed to eat or drink while dealing with the public with spooning

Was advised by my healthcare provider I needed to get checked on by ER. It was new years eve afternoon. I was the only one in the waiting room. The place seemed clean & efficiently heated. I was quickly admitted to ER by friendly staff which seemed caring to me. Apparently there actually were other patients which I heard in other ER rooms. I had explained that my heart doctor’s nurse had sent me in because of new cardiac symptoms. Immediately they got all kinds of tests done & bloodwork drawn (one stick). & was hooked up to a monitor. An ER doc came while I was being checked in to tell me what to expect. After all the tests they decided I could go home with a change in medications. Discharge went smoothly. I complied with the med changes & my new symptoms have responded to that c

We came to the er per doctor orders. It was very busy so I totally have no issues with the time spent. I do how ever have an issue with the doctor telling me more then 1 x that the er was for real emergencies. I brought my Alzheimers husband. He has lost a-lot of weight, not eating and belly blotted. As best we know he hasn’t had a bm in weeks. Our scan wasn’t for another week, so doc said to come in. Nurses and other staff were great. Now not sure when or where to take from now on.

Nice enough when I came in until they got my birthdate wrong, couldn’t find my Medicare information, asked for $250 and sent me home with prescriptions, Dr. Federico telling me I had diverticulitis. I knew that. That’s why I was in so much pain. I Couldn’t get my prescriptions filled because the DOB was wrong which the pharmacy caught, called you and corrected. I am in this field and know what they did was treat me as if I had no insurance. I was back in ER that same night with my husband who had his insurance cards and now that they had my DOB correct, I was inpatient for 5 days which I should have been to begin with because it was a medical emergency, had a ruptured and perforated diverticula and was leaking into the cavity. “Do no harm” was ignored. I expect to get my $250 back.

Horrible facility. Do not take your loved ones or your self here. Drs lie and hide things about your condition because they don’t want to treat you, or refer you to the drs you should follow up with. They nearly killed my mom and were UPSET that I was advocating for her. My mom was aggressively and wrongly discharged to a rehab facility, that the hospital knew was not equipped to take her on. They did not have the life saving machines she needed to care for her and once she was transported there, they told her they were not able to admit her as she was a liability. The hospital was fully aware of that before sending her out and did it anyway. After 5pm on a Saturday. We were lucky to be transported to Franciscan in Michigan city, where not only did she receive the proper care but got diagn
