Jennifer DeFauw FNP-C is my primary care physician, Jennifer is an excellent physician , great listener, explains and answers all my questions completely and clearly, very compassionate physician..very kind and thoughtful!! Jennifer always makes sure all my questions and concerns are addressed at time of visit!!

I am a newer patient, but I have been very satisfied with the care I have received from Jennifer DeFauw. She has been thorough and kind, and each time I see her, I leave the appointment knowing I have been heard. That makes all the difference.

I only recently became a patient of Jennifer's. I was looking for a new primary healthcare provider and I really like nurse practitioners because they are so willing to spend time as well as expertise with you. She was very knowledgeable and willing to listen each time that I saw her. I will continue to have her for my primary care provider. in fact, I just had my Medicare wellness exam with her a few days ago. Visiting with her is a pleasure.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Defauw, from the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left I was very impressed. Everyone was very friendly, I only waited a brief time for the Dr to enter my exam room. She was very thorough and not in a hurry. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend Dr Defauw and her staff.

Jennifer is awesome! I get into the room and she's very prompt and courteous. She asks questions and patiently and intently listens to my answers. She is straightforward and fully explains everything. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I never feel like she's trying to rush the visit. Her and her staff are all very kind. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for someone new.
