Customer Reviews
Been going to this pharmacy for a few years now to pick up medicine for my mom. I believe this place services everyone who may fall into the whole range of socio-economic statuses, but there tends to be lower economic status folks coming here. The employees here are pretty nice and helpful. The ticket system they've got is a bit backwards, as the ticket machine is across from the the waiting room from the pharmacy windows. They go at a decent pace and are helpful and want you to understand the drugs you're picking up.
The ticket system needs to be updated and anyone who answers the phones for the pharmacy and or returns calls needs to be more informed or honest about prescription status. I left work an hour early because I was told on the phone that my prescription was READY, just to sit with my ticket until 4:45 for the RUDE man at the window to tell me I have to come back tomorrow and wait another hour with my ticket then wait ANOTHER hour for the prescription to be filled. I’ve been out of medication for 11 days and this is extremely frustrating emotionally and financially for the time I’m missing at work having to deal with this place. I would much rather use another pharmacy and always do but unfortunately, this is the only place that had the medication in stock.
The pharmacy prescription ticket system is needlessly complicated and nonintuitive. You have to (1) pick up a numbered ticket from an easy-to-miss machine located in the general waiting area (2) take your ticket to the pharmacy on the opposite end of the room and drop off your ticket and prescription at one specific window that isn't clearly labeled (3) wait for your ticket number to appear onscreen with the window number where you will be picking up your medications at. Compare that to the Acres Homes location which allows you to simply drop off your prescription at any window, and once it's ready they call out your name.
Came here 20 minutes ago for a laboratory test the girl that was suppose to help out wasn't even paying attention to me speaking she looked very young and she had blue headphones and was on her phone please pay more attention to the people you have helping patients if they don't want to do there job why have them there.
I had to wait 2 hours at the pharmacy for my medicine and it had been ready for 2 days
