I was referred to Dr. Fletcher and this office by my dentist, for evaluation and was quoted a rate of $175 total, to include x-rays and any examination, I agreed and booked the appointment. The office was very cold, kept at 60 degrees. While the dental hygienist was very kind and informative, the "doctor" was more about blaming me for grinding my teeth (involuntary),and was pushing implants. Total would have been more than $18,000. (without the teeth). I declined and moved on. Sadly, though I paid the $175 quoted to me, I was billed later for an additional $150. I felt cheated since that was never explained up front. Unfortunately, cannot recommend.

Very professional staff. Dr Fletcher was great and very reassuring and he even called to check on me personally after surgery. One of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t have medical insurance but they were very informative regarding my options. -Jennifer Carswell

Had to cancel surgery due to inadequate funds, the receptionist sounded like I was bothering her, very unsympathic, and it was only after I told them I was denied from Care Credit that I could pay installments leading up to the surgery. Why wasn't that info presented at the very start? I denounce America and humanity, you ALL sicken me.

All this place cares about is money. Lied to by staff, will send out bills if you decline surgery. Would give zero stars if possible.
