Excellent, very good service; they did a deep cleaning and I was very satisfied with the result. The staff was very friendly, attentive and professional at all times. I have been a patient of Dr. Ottens for close to 30 years now. He is a very knowledgeable and amazing dentist who truly cares about his patients. I absolutely love the office staff they are always pleasant and willing to help . The dental hygienist Mary and Gloria are amazing. Mary makes the teeth cleaning experience a pleasant one and Gloria is so helpful when assisting the Dentist. Dr. Vakil is very thorough and has a very kind manner. A few months ago he discovered a lesion in my mouth embedded in the soft tissue of my cheek. I saw my doctor and then a specialist. It was cancer. It was removed and thankfully had not spread. Thanks Dr. Vakil.

I had two crowns and a filling replaced by Dr. Otten. His assistant did a great job being gentle and compassionate with my procedures. Dr. Otten did a meticulous job replacing the crown so much that once the pain medication wore off, I had no pain and the fit was perfect. Not even any pain from the shots. I highly recommend Dr. Otten for any dental care, his staff is very polite, professional and caring!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Vakil and Mary, the hygienist, for over 10 years. They’re knowledgeable, patient and give great advices to keep my teeth in the healthiest condition. It’s easy to make appointments, especially recurring dental cleaning. Mary is the best hygienist.
