Northwest Emergency Center Marana

I was greeted with a helpful smile and taken care of right away. Got a compleat understanding of my health after several tests. The Dr explained every detail of my body illness. Its was great to have all the tests needed and get the results back within a few hours. This gave me more than peace of mind to know what was going on with my body. Definitely would recommend Northwest Emergency Center.

As usual, I was seen within about 15 mins. The Dr was so warm & friendly but listened as I explained what was going on with me. She immediately told me what they were going to do, a nurse came in started the IV & took blood. Dr also checked me out & listened to my lungs. She kept coming in & out of the exam room giving me results & asking more questions. Very, very thorough. She explained what was going on & what I needed to do when I was released. I HAVE NEVER had a bad experience with being seen at this facility, Dr or staff but this visit was probably one of the BEST due to the doctor. On a scale of 1-10, this visit would be a 15!!! Thank you everyone.

Doctor Stoughton is the best. Always explains things and is very patient. All of the support staff is always helpful and efficient. His nurse is great. Helped me with my crutches and did some little things for me that weren't in the rule book just because I was on crutches and needed help

Fast care. Compassion from attending doctor could use some work. Maybe he was having some off-days as I saw him 2 separate visits before I was transferred to Oro Valley (for a 5 day stay). Nurses were great. They took this review from 3 to 4 star.

Starting at the front desk. Professional and kind. Was put in a room immediately and then the nurse's with the doctor asked questions right away and started treatment immediately. I was there a total of 2 hours. Nurse came in a few times to be sure I was comfortable. This will be the ER/Urgent Care I would go too should I need to.
