Northwest Community Service Center

I have been a Beneficiary of the Harris Center since 2019. I started out at SE Clinic on Long Dr. They were on point. Caseworker called me every 2 weeks then. I transferred to NW Clinic when I moved there in 2020. I have not had a caseworker that has contacted me more than once. I still don't know if I have one, and if so, who they are. The only thing that really helps me at this point, are the meds. I have to drive from Crosstimbers/59 to Dacoma St, so they can put me in a little room, in which I have to video call the Doc. They no longer can call my phone, so I could do it at home. I have to drive in to call out. Meanwhile, my gf's caseworker has gotten her housing, furniture, Food Bank Card, and delivers her meds to our apt. But mine can't call me. If I didn't need the meds, I wouldn't

I love this place cuz the staff is friendly and very helpful. Thanks to The Harris Center and my personal recovery team; I'm actually able to receive the medication and therapy that I've needed for years but never could afford... thank y'all so very very much!

Staff is very slow here and they don't care for your mental health

Being unemployed is not a good feeling. I went looking for help, and was impressed how much different people helped me here. Thank you.
