If I could give this a 0 I would. The lady who answered the phone has no customer service skills nor any phone etiquette. Super rude, and not paying attention to my request. If Deanna is still the manager of this location she should fire this person.

Walked in for appointment and receptionist was on phone but not engaged, did not even acknowledge me. Receptionist next to her got off phone and helped me. Rude. Was early to appointment and doctor just came in 47 minutes late. No one came in with updates.

My mom had a visit today to treat her foot and I must say Dr was really nice and explained all carefully. However, the nurse I believe Hispanic (didn't catch her name and it seemed she had it sorta covered) has a pretty negative attitude and doesn't understand how to truly treat patients in pain. She was kind of rude and didn't even try to accommodate my mom carefully at the time of putting on her boot. She was rough and had no patience that my mom called her out on it. The other nurse, I believe her name isAllana is very nice, patient, and careful with her patients. That's the kind of people that should work with others not the ones with bad and negative attitudes.

The care is great. The customer facing staff is horrible. Been trying to get my knee fixed. I call and leave messages, no response. I call back, same, no response. I sent messages via the chart, no response. The Dr. was very professional. Just can't get follow on service.

I've been very pleased with my experience here. Dr Ward and his staff have been great. I've had my meniscus repaired and a total knee replacement done through here. Ample parking. Nice big waiting area. Friendly staff, responsive. Dr Ward is a great listener and does a terrific job explaining things thoroughly when asked.
