Normally this place is sooooooo nice everyone! I love this ER normally everyone is soooo respectful. But it’s this short bald man named Jeremy that’s working the reception desk RUDE!!! How he speak with every patient aggressively!!!! I wasn’t to only one to experience his rudeness!!! Other patients were bothered by hearing him speak with other patients. Once he took over for the other guy.. he was rude the whole time ! We everyone! One patient asked for the supervisor none never got the supervisor. Patient couldn’t speak English and he didn’t use a translator! Instead he was aggressive about it . He’s rude !!!!!! And need to be suspended or something!

Let me start by saying I haven't been in Franklin General (Now Northwell Health) since the 1990s and I was not a fan back then. I had come to Northwell Health on Sunday morning the 25th at 6am in severe abdominal pain. I had no idea what was wrong. Thought maybe stomach problem. From the ER to Triage was an easy process. I was called inside at 630am. Not always so fast so I was lucky. But, why am I writing this? I just feel that you need to send positive vibes out when you yourself were treated with such care by all the staff I encountered on my floor in room 120W. And let me tell you not everyone had a smile everyday (It's a job, It's ground hog day. I get it.) but they all did it with respect, care and kindness. Always asking if I needed something. Mind you I could not eat a thing for 3

The doctors there sucks! They don’t care about the patients and they’re very rude! Stay away from this place. Wish I could give them a zero rating!

I have to say l was so lucky to get Jeff Kahn as my nurse Friday night when l had to go to the ER. Lets face it nobody wants to be there,let alone a Friday night of a holiday weekend? My personal MD telling me it was a necessary trip, so l went, me rolling my eyes with visions of standing room only. So not the case.Got in pretty quick. Afraid to touch anything, or sit on gross stains. Not the case again. Living local l had noticed them working hard on improvements. Another reason l agreed to go. There was some waiting of course. Not feeling well l was dozing on & off. I opened my eyes to a big smile & kind manner & soothing voice of my nurse Jeff Kahn. I had to say immediately how calming a presence he had about him. All interactions were so much more pleasant than they should have

This is worse I ever been.Staffs are so horrible here. They don't seems to care. I am here with my dad .he came here with ambulance for the seveire back pain.they make him sit on a chair. I told them he is in pain and not comfortable on this chair nurese doesn't seems to care she didn't even bother to check him. I don't know why they are treating my dad like this I feel she has problems because she she me with hizab.
