horrible service. my child has been coughing for a month and throwing up. we came in around 1am and they didn't even see him. they called him about 4 hours later and still no doctor. we had to leave eventually. when they told the doctor we are leaving the doctor said "okay bye!" do not come here .
Worst emergency room I’ve ever been in . And I’ve spent a lot of time in emergency rooms . Absolutely incompetent. A simple IV is a constant struggle with alarms that go unanswered . I’m not kidding The bedding is filthy in some cases . His this place is allowed to continue I. The manner that they are is an embarrassment to the medical field in NY . I’d love to see doctors have to go through this ER .
How or why is this hospital still operable? The reviews speaks volumes. This hospital needs to be investigated for malpractice and negligence. The manner on which patients are being treated is disgraceful and inhumane. I am guessing reviews do not mean a thing. Reporting to the boards on professionalism and ethics is the only logical response I suppose.
Worse hospital I have ever been to. Kept me in ER with my 3 month old til 6 in the morning and then shifted us upstairs to a regular room. They told me I would be discharged the next day. Instead they delayed it and kept for another day. These people just want your money and nothing else. If you are short staffed just hire more people.
The most horrific experience ever after taking my 6 month old who had a fever. Got there around 8pm and was there until 1am. They gave her motrin I think it was, then had us wait with a baby who wanted to sleep but couldn't because we were there. The temperature went down, baby was back to normal but they had us there waiting for hours. They finally called us into a private room and had us wait again, for no reason. We didn't need a private room, all we wanted was for someone to check the baby and have us on our way home. Was this an insurance milking thing?? At the detriment to my 6 month old being more agitated for being out so late with no sleep??
