Northwell Health Physician Partners Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and Pathology at New Hyde Park

After attempting to call for 5 days and getting sent straight to an automated voice message that said they would call me back after leaving my name and number (they did not), I finally got through. The lady takes my information for 30 minutes and then says i need a referral to make an appointment. I previously sent a referral to them a week ago after being and reiterated that I have already. She then proceeds to say that the referral was “not detailed enough” and I can’t make an appointment. So not only did you not view the referral that I sent within a 7 day period so you could tell me if it “wasn’t enough”, I also got the referral from my dentist so I don’t understand how it’s not “detailed enough”?? Are they able to anything without fisher-price instructions? So despite having a referra
