Northwell Health Physician Partners Cardiology Brooklyn (Ocean Parkway)

Myself and my parents have been patients at this facility. We are very happy with the quality of the doctors, but this scheduling issue made us wonder if we need to switch to a different cardiologist. I brought my 85+ parents for their confirmed appointments to find out that their appointments were cancelled because their doctor has to leave for his vacation. My father has advanced dementia and fortunately office stuff was able to get another doctor to see him. It was preferable to rescheduling my father for another day. We spend 3 hours in the office. I rescheduled my mother with her doctor. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled, but they did not let us know until we got to the office!

I was very impressed with Dr. Konig. He saw me within five minutes of my scheduled appointment. He seemed friendly, knowledgeable and concerned. He was very thorough with his tests and examination, leaving no stone unturned. Patiently answered all of my questions. Excellent doctor.

cant believe how northwell messed up. no one to talk to. need to wait at least 30 min to get someone to pick up the phone. horrible service
