I have always received excellent care here. Most importantly the doctors talk to you and do not rush. And they have all sorts of testing in house so you do not have to run all over creation. How can someone slam them because a doctor had to reschedule?
This practice is a disappointment! I scheduled an appointment for my mom as a new patient about 2-3weeks ago they called yesterday leaving a message saying the doctor would not be in for her a appointment to please reschedule which I respect. But now when I called they don’t have an appointment for her until JUNE come on that not acceptable!! I ask to please find a way for a earlier appointment since she was told by her primary to see a cardiologist and it not our fault the doctor isn’t in. We were willing to see any cardiologist in this office. But I guess since she a NEW PATIENT they don’t care. Really disappointed. And won’t recommend this office to anyone. Unacceptable!
Staff is unprofessional, lacks compassion; needs training in interpersonal skills as well as multicultural sensitivity. Not a positive atmosphere..
