The NP Bhupinder M. was excellent and thorough. He was knowledgeable about the condition I came in with, and was wonderfully patient as he detailed the problem, he told me what he did not find any evidence of, which calmed my anxieties right away, and called in a complete Rx package which will address the various components of the condition as he determined it. Thank you! All the staff I encountered was professional and pleasant.

The NP Jing and her nurses were fantastic with my son! They talked to him calmly while trying to remove an imbedded fishing hook. The front desk staff was super accommodating as well. I am so grateful for their thoroughness and how kind everyone was!

I wish I could give no stars came here for help with flu symptoms I will admit it was close to their closing time I went to the front desk was a lady with highlighted hair this was on Dec 28, 25 at around 740pm she was rude she basically told me no point in being seen she told me that even if I were to be seen all the pharmacies were closed that the only open pharmacy was an hour a away which was a complete lie so I guess she can go home idk cause looked it up there was a pharmacy open 20 mins away, there was a guy behind who was a bout to answer my question politely and she cut him off to basically tell me I can do what I want. No help at all based on the other reviews glad I didn’t go probably would’ve been misdiagnosed anyways you should address your employees or just her on how they h

Terrible service. We were told that the medication would be sent to my pharmacy the night of our urgent care visit. When we went to the pharmacy the next morning, no prescription had been sent. We contacted Epic to reach the provider, but were told they were “busy.” Busy enough to not send an urgent medication that should have been handled the night before. We waited over two hours at the pharmacy and made at least five calls back to the office, yet the prescription was still never sent. There was a complete lack of urgency and accountability. They clearly do not prioritize urgent medications for their patients. I am incredibly disappointed with the level of care and service we received.

My wife and I went to this establishment last night due to my wife having a bad allergic reaction and Ms. Jing and her staff went above and beyond to keep my wife calm and of course make her feel better. We’ve been here a few times and have always had great service but last night was spectacular. Thanks again!!
