Worst place to go. I went there with both my son and my daughter with a fever needed to see a doctor. I was asked to check in using a kiosk and was told to seat and wait. Only 3 people in the waiting room, after waiting over 30 minutes i was asked for my phone number apparently to check in but never got the text, 12 minutes later i ask about the text i was told to restart my phone, another 15 minutes waisted i give my email still nothing. My sister that was with me give her number to get such checking information still another 15 minutes waisted. When i approached the front desk asking help to properly check in she claimed THERE 2 APPOINTMENTS COMING IN , "AFTER THEY CHECKING OR IF THEY DONT SHOW SHE WILL ASSIST ME BUT FOR NOW SHE IS ASSISTING THOS WHO ARE ALREADY CHECKED IN" there goes my

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME They are very very VERY slow. Everybody is talking and laughing not even 80% focused on the job. It’s not even busy and I sat there for 2 hours and was not even seen by a PA, MA nobody. Was told results will come back and medicine will be sent.. Nobody talked to me about symptoms, how long literally nothing. Very surprised because I always come here and this has never happened…. Was prescribed a medication that wasn’t covered by insurance, called back and told them and asked if PA can prescribe something else that’s covered (NORMAL) they tell me that if it’s not covered i need to buy the product OTC and this product is for something totally different than the medicine that was not covered. Provider was great. The nurse or medical assistant on the other hand who took my vitals was so absurdly rude. She was definitely having a bad day, and took it out on me. The minute she came in, she looked super aggravated but I chalked it up to her having a hectic day at work. She then proceeded to ask me a bunch of questions related to my health, and for one particular question, I had asked for clarification and she basically took a huge sigh and huffed and nearly rolled her eyes. So rude for no reason

Very unprofessional place. Terrible staff. Told me they offered a service for my child, made me pay out of pocket with my card for the appointment; only to tell me that they dont offer the service. Now im out of that money for at least 7 days. Total inconvenience. Non apologetic, no empathy, unprofessional and incompetent staff. You dont do that to people. Not in this economy.

They are the slowest place ever, we waited for 3 hrs to be seen and it wasn’t even crowded. They have you fill out tons of papers. Only one girl at desk moving like a turtle. This was a very bad experience. City md by far is way better then Northwell health urgent care. What ever you do, don’t go here you will regret it
