Brought my wife with flu symptoms after making a 1pm appt online. Walked in at 12:45, and were in an exam room at 12:50. Two minutes later a tech came in to take my wife’s info. 90 seconds after she left, the Physician’s Assistant entered, and treated my wife with care, professionalism and good humor. A prescription was waiting at our pharmacy by the time we got home. They took great care of my wife, and I am very grateful.

AMAZING CARE. The staff is the best Marina the Doctor went over and beyond to communicate with me even though the place was packed and she was fast and efficient. She is a super doctor!! Leoni & Saraya the medical assistants I felt were like family they were a power team and handled the place like pro's. Very professional and chill. Melony the women at the front desk is the icing on the cake super sweet, smart and she even came in the room to check on me after I got an injection. I was In & out so fast. These women did all this for me while taking care of everyone else the same way at the hight of flu season and they were busy. I would go here before my regular PCP and before going to the ER. They deserve to be commended by upper management. I stopped going to Northwell but I will def go

I went to the office with discomfort in my eye. It appeared to me to be a corneal abrasion; I’ve had them before. It was a Sunday and I didn’t want to wait. I made an appointment online. Receptionist was pleasant and professional. The PA made the diagnosis using the correct diagnostic tools. I was impressed with the medical staff, and the clerical staff. I would highly recommend.

Made an appointment online for a sprained back and was seen timely. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the nurse and doctor were all wonderful. Didn’t make me feel rushed and the doctor was very thorough and kind and caring. I highly recommend this urgent care.

My husband went to this urgent care for a swollen ankle yesterday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The PA was rude and dismissive and didn’t even properly look at or examine his swollen ankle. He felt rushed and brushed off, as if his concerns didn’t matter.My husband is a BLACK Rastafarian engineer/real estate developer and he said the Hispanic PA gave him the energy of I’m better than you! Ok I’ll be contacting the quality assurance team first thing in the morning. To make matters worse, the PA wrote the wrong return-to-work date, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion. For an urgent care, we expected at least basic professionalism and attention to the actual issue. We will not be returning and would not recommend this place if you want to be treated with respect o
