Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care

medical staff and doctors are wonderful, expert and very pleasant. however, the check-in person I had today at the front desk when I arrived was not great. First, she was unable to process my insurance so I had to call the insurance company to tell her it is valid which they did and then after she acknowledged my new pharmacist instructions, she did not change it in the system so it took me a visit and more calls to the pharmacist and to the urgent care to get my script filled - which I finally accomplished many hours after my urgent care visit. all this while not feeling well....

The facility was clean and friendly starting with receptionist. I was very, very fortunate that they was no wait time. The exam room was very clean and the nurse who came in for the vitals was extremely nice. Terrific bed side manners and caring. The doctor was efficient and courteous. Overall an excellent experience and would go back again.

Everyone was kind and respectful And very Professional. The facility was very clean. And the doctor was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. That was the first time I’ve been in an urgent care, and I would go back again if I had to. Thank You

I came here at 3:30PM and there was nowhere to park. I drove around for ten minutes but no one was moving. People were parked on the curb. The associate who picked up the phone when I cancelled said that the spots are often taken up by the people renting the offices upstairs. Not great when you are not feeling well.

Dr. Steele is what I liked best about my visit. She is professional, personable, knowledable and handled my care with excellence and confidence. I've been to this specific GoHealth NY facility many times and this was, by far, my most pleasent doctor/patient experience I've had there.
