I was seen at my appointment time. The medical assistant took interest in why I was seeking medical attention and followed with appropriate questions. My attending had remembered me from previous visits, and was able to provide medical care accordingly. She offered follow up times when I could reach out if not getting well. It felt like she was taking a personal interest in my Wellness. Prescriptions were sent immediately to my pharmacy.

The doctor and nurse were very friendly and proficient. I felt like they took the time to listen and explain things. Very clean place, which is something I’m hyper aware of. Very short wait time

I truly value Northwell Urgent Care for its convenience and strong focus on patients. I deeply appreciate Northwell for providing such an accessible and patient-centered facility. During my visit on 09/17/2025, my son and I had a very unpleasant experience with the medical assistant who was checking my son’s vital signs. Background music was being played, and since both she and my son were wearing masks, it was already difficult to hear clearly. Above all, she didn’t introduce herself. Instead of asking full questions during the intake—for example, “When did your symptoms begin?”—she simply said “When?” in a curt tone. I was able to make a same morning appointment to see an excellent MD physician at Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care, in Great Neck, who quickly diagnosed me with the flu and was able to prescribe medication that rapidly helped to treat me.

Clean facility. Prompt. Everyone is always caring and responsive. The doctors seem to be very capable. After one particular visit, I saw my GP a week later and he confirmed that the advice and prescription your doctor provided to me was spot on. I appreciate their common sense, honest assessments and recommendations of treatment I can provide to myself as well as prescriptions.. It is comforting to know I can find same day appointments online and that you are just a few blocks away, with easy parking. Finally, I appreciate the follow up phone calls to check in.
