The staff were ALL wonderful and patient. The professionalism was top tier. Also, the wait time was less than 2 minutes. We were in and out in about an hour. Imagine a weekend evening! FAST!!!
We came in with my 5-year-old who needed facial stitches, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, patient, and reassuring during a very stressful situation. A special shout-out to Gil Dumitresan, the paramedic who triaged my child. He was incredibly calm, warm, and gentle, while also being efficient and quick. His kindness truly made a difference for both my child and us as parents. PA Tamara Fuzaylova was equally amazing—extremely professional, confident, and caring while gluing the wound. She explained everything clearly and handled my child with such patience and skill. We are so grateful for the outstanding care and compassion we received. Thank you to Gil, Tamara, and the entire team for making a scary experience so much easi
I visited Northwell Health GoHealth Urgent Care on Sunday for a hand injury. The staff was professional and kind, and I was seen in a timely manner. The provider explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable. Overall, a good experience when I needed quick care.
10 out of 10 EVERYONE was great! Everyone single person down to the sercurity guard made my visit stress free. Wait time was not bad at all. The Doctor was very thorough and took time to really assess my situation. Highly recommend. Ps- this location was super clean top to bottom, good stuff all around Thank you
No one really enjoys going to an urgent care, but when I had to last week, I was very appreciative from start to end, on how welcoming the entire staff was. The sign in process was easy (I was a walk in) and the wait time to see the PA was less than 5 minutes. It's a convenient corner location with metered parking on either side of the street. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this urgent care again to anyone that needs ASAP medical attention. Thanks again to the GH team! -Michael
