I had a wonderful experience at this Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and genuinely caring. I was checked in quickly, and everyone—from the front desk to the medical team—treated me with kindness and respect. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable before I left. The facility was clean, organized, and very efficient. I truly appreciate the level of care I received. Thank you to the entire team for making a stressful situation feel so much easier. Highly recommend!

The fact that this urgent care has five stars does not surprise me one bit! I happened to see the “Now Open” sign while heading to another doctor’s office and decided to give it a try — and I’m so glad I did. Ashley and Dr. Nejem were fantastic from start to finish. Ashley was welcoming and attentive the moment I walked in. Her empathy, professionalism, and ability to connect with patients are unmatched. She was patient, supportive, and made me laugh a few times during an appointment I was really nervous about. Despite being in discomfort, she helped me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for — I truly felt I was in great hands. Dr. Nejem was equally outstanding. if I could give this place 10 stars I would. Big shout out to Ashley and Nejem who saw my baby today. I had just come from across the street AFC, which was a disgusting mess of an experience which I walked out on.. And the minute I walked into GoHealth my brain relaxed. The place was incredibly clean. It smelled amazing, but what made it all the better was how friendly Ashley was at the front. How quick and easy it was for us to check in and be seen all in a matter of minutes and Nejem was so confident and competent working with a wiggly toddler. This place should be the gold standard for an urgent care. I hope this helps another mom.

Excellent experience. The PA who was assigned yesterday 11/1 was spectacular. Very hard to come by such great hospitality these days. I felt so welcomed, all of my concerns were addressed and Im on the road to recovery. Great facility, with great staff. The nurse was very attentive and sweet.

Convenient location, I like being able to schedule online. Once I got there, the setting is pleasant and clean, all of the staff were welcoming and professional. JC was superb in his initial collection of information, and the PA was efficient and focused. I was in and out and had my filled prescription in hand within about an hour!!
