Many thanks for providing excellent care! The entire staff treated me with kindness and respect. This Urgent Care office is the best. It’s my first choice in medical care. As I was sitting in the waiting area I over heard a young boy of 12 years compliment the staff saying “thanks for being nice”. This says it all!! Best Urgent Care ever!!!

The people. The receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. The MA was very pleasant and listened to everything I had to say. But the doctor, was absolutely exceptional. He listened to every symptom I had, he was empathetic, he explained everything clearly, answered all my questions. Then he called me with test results at 4:40 pm on Christmas Eve! Dr. Chan is a wonderful doctor.

I was diagnosed with a UTI on Wednesday 2/25. I prescribed antibiotics and for some reason a pill for a yeast infection. I did not have a yeast infection, was not tested for or diagnosed with one. Three days later I received an email with the culture results that stated that I did not have a UTI and I should stop taking the antibiotics. So after 3 days of taking the antibiotics I did not complete the last 2 days. Then Tuesday, 3/3 I woke up feeling like I had a UTI. Went to a different Urgent Care and was diagnosed with a UTI. My results were higher than they had been the first time I was tested. The lab culture results were wrong either someone did not perform the test correctly or my sample was not tested. I am very disappointed. I will probably still go back to the Northwell Dobbs Ferry

Less than 48 hours ago, my primary care team suggested that I visit urgent care regarding a persistent cough. I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours and.an hour later was on my way to pick up a Prescription. Feeling much better today.

Came in for an X-Ray after confirming online that they have that service. I came in and told the lady the purpose of my visit. She said that the person who does X-rays hasn’t yet arrived and that I should have a seat. Shortly after her colleague began to discuss my request with her instead of giving me an update. Then her colleague goes to her to complain loud enough for me to hear, about a patient that just walked into the examination room. After waiting for a few minutes, the lady at the front desk asked if I saw that they offered the X-ray services at the Dobbs ferry location and I confirmed that I saw it listed online, so I made an appointment and brought the imaging order from my doctor. She then tells me that I can’t “just walk in and get an x-ray”, and that I would have to go to a d
