Deandrea was very nice and so was Amanda! The lady at the front was also very sweet that morning but I never caught her name! She was sitting on the left side of the circular front desk when I walked in! Thank you so much for taking care of me! Amanda was right it is getting worse before it gets better, but the meds (nasal spray and cough suppressant pills) she gave me helped make me suffer less before I'm back on my feet! Thank you again!

I came here with a family member Towards the end of December because we both were sick. We both tested positive for the flu. The front desk was nice and the medical assistant was great. However, the PA that I saw was very rude, not empathetic & dismissive. I believe her name was Justine Del Barrio. She essentially judged us for not receiving the flu shot, which is our right to elect or defer it. She also made a side comment saying that came off as abrasive. You could tell she wasn’t trying to stick around to answer questions. So then what was the point of working with patients who are sick? I called the office to let the manager know and she wants to know which patient was making the complaint. For what reason? This was regarding the shitty bedside manner the provider provided.. Not sure

I brought my 84 year old mother to the Deer Park location because she had lingering effects of the Flu. She had visited the center once before in 2025, but had to provide her information as if she were a new patient. Upon seeing a nurse and getting examined, my mother was asked how she was feeling. My mother stated that she was better even though she was still ill. Afterwards, we were left waiting not knowing that the exam was over until a nurse stated that we were finished. She also stated that a prescription for medication would be sent to our pharmacy. My mother contacted our pharmacy to see if the prescription was received and ready for pickup. Our pharmacist stated he did not receive anything yet. My mother waited 24 hours to call our pharmacy back. By that point, they still haven'

I was able to get an appointment quickly. When I arrived The staff were very professional. I felt like I was given the proper care and very quickly on my way to getting better....

In all the years that I've been going to doctors offices and seeing medical professionals, I must say I've never been treated so rudely or unprofessionally by any medical professional ever. Not to mention, I the PA was named Damar, what's the most incompetent so-called medical professional that I've ever spoken with... Her advice was 100% incorrect.... My primary care physician was the one who pointed out all the inconsistencies and incorrect statements the PA made. I will never grace northwells walk-in clinic in Deer Park ever again.... The PA should be stripped of her credentials and fired!! And I don't say that lightly.... Disgusting
