Northwell Health-GoHealth Pediatric & Adult Urgent Care

I was very relieved when we met our doctor. My son slipped and split his chin. He was checked out and it was concluded he needed stitches. The doctor was very patient with him and had great bedside manner. The facility was very clean and new. Everyone was efficient and we were in and out relatively quickly compared to going to the emergency room. We will definitely visit this office again.

I "saved a spot" so I had no wait. Was seen in a timely manner. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The Dr. (or PA) was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything. It is a state of the art, clean, beautiful office! All in all it was a very positive experience! And plenty of parking!

This Go Health is a Clean and nice environment.Receptionist was very nice , patient and helpful. Med assistant was nice and PA/-NP provider was exceptionally wonderful with his knowledge, Empathy, Bed side manor, professional service, and warmth! He was great! I felt cared for. The only thing this location is missing is the taking of bloods Blood work if need would be great in the future.

Went to get checked for gastroenteritis early in the morning before work. The process of signing in was digital which was slightly confusing at first, but managed to get the info delivered. Examination room was clean, and the nurses were friendly and caring. When Dr. Flora came in the room she was very reassuring. I usually get nervous with doctors, but I felt very safe and trusted her judgement whole heartedly. She had given me a stool kit along with clear instructions on paper. However I didn’t end up needing to use it and still followed the brat diet. They had called back 2 days after in regards to not receiving the stool samples and told them I had felt better. I want to thank Dr. Flora and the urgent healthcare staff for being kind and welcoming to me in this temporary plight. Will

The entire staff at the Lake Success site in the shopping center were friendly, professional and knowledgeable-- including the receptionist and nurse (whose names I unfortunately don't recall), xray tech Jo Jo and PA Adam. The site is modern and clean. I am so glad I came here. I will tell my Northwell primary care office of the positive experience I had and recommend it to others.
