I visited this urgent care on 2/15 at approximately 9:15 PM for a painful sprained ankle. I arrived with an appointment and was visibly limping and in discomfort. Upon check-in, I was told by the receptionist that I had not completed my registration online. I asked for assistance, as I was standing there in pain, but was told I had to complete it myself online. While attempting to register, the system repeatedly produced errors and forced me to restart multiple times. During this entire process, I remained standing at the desk in pain while the receptionist offered no assistance or accommodation. Shortly after, another patient arrived without an appointment. My first visit last week was good! But I had to go back for a follow up this coming week due to not feeling any better and then getting a false negative on strep test, which took them several days to get and review the lab results. They came back positive It was difficult to get old somebody to review those belts and give them to me and then once I did speak to somebody, they were telling me they were gonna prescribe me an antibiotic that I told them numerous times and it’s in my chart that I am allergic to. Then their second option was the previously given antibiotic that we prior which did not work! if I could give this a 0 I would. Nurses were beyond sweet made me so comfortable, however the female doctor was extremely rude. She was making rude faces I felt immediately uncomfortable and judged. She said word for word “ why didn’t you just go to your dr office” at 10:00 at night. I asked for a doctors note and she rudely said word for word “ no fever no doctors note” and shut the door on me. I was 40 minutes away from home and was having a medical issue. Never coming back there don’t recommend. Nurses were very sweet though once again

I brought my 2yo daughter here after two nights of no sleep, fever, and potential symptoms of strep. I am still shaken up by the way her care was handled. We were initially seen by a very sweet nurse with wonderful bedside manner. After the strep test was done, my daughter fell asleep on her grandmother while we waited for the Dr. She was still asleep upon the dr’s arrival. The Dr. did not give her proper time to wake up and adjust to her surroundings. I completely understand the issue of understaffed medical offices, but being that this was specifically pediatric urgent care, I would have expected more compassion. The care I received from moment I walked in was wonderful the front desk was attentive and helpful the doctor who saw me was outstanding compassionate had wonderful bedside manner I was treated like a human being. I felt very confident with how my medical needs were being handled. The center was very clean. Keep up the good over there! You all are a great team!
