Northwell Health - Genetics, Suite 110

We were on a waiting list for 7 months when they called to give us an appointment, we gladly took it. It was for 9am so we were the first ones in. Receptionist was friendly, nurses were friendly and thorough. We got swabbed the same day for genetic testing… everyone was very gentle and friendly towards my 4 yr old. Haven’t gotten results back so can’t comment on that process, but the first visit was very smooth.

Dr. Jessica Gold and her Genetic counselor, PhD Felicity Emerson were thorough, attentive, empathetic and responsive. My emails to Felicity were promptly responded to. They were great 👍 👌 👏 😀.

Spoke with Abony on the phone to make an appointment. She said she’s the admin coordinator. Very rude, no compassion. You need to find someone better that has a better customer service. She’s interrogating me as if she’s the doctor to be seen. You are a shame on the excellence of Northwell service.

They canceled testing in Oct 2024 and never told us, we were supposed to get results Jan 8, 3025, 3 months after they stabbed oct 8. Went to neuro muscular Dr with northwell health an she told us testing was canceled. Spent next month calling nurse rayhan

Absolutely worst front desk staff. Avoid at all costs. Concerned patients try to make an appointment, however they dont even try to communicate with the referring physician. They cant locate the health history that has been faxed twice, have the worst customer service who clearly dont give a damn about patients and their concerns. People who are in medicine for wrong reasons, have no compassion. Avoid. Im a former Northwell employee and a clinican and I will contact internal quality control team to look into this.
