Northside/Alpharetta Medical Campus

I recently had my second surgery at this facility with the same doctor. The doctor and most of the nursing staff were good and professional during the procedure. However, there were several concerns that caused discomfort and disappointment. The reception staff were not friendly and lacked basic courtesy and respect. When I requested guidance regarding out-of-pocket financial options, the response was rude and felt very money-focused. The supervisor who was connected to assist was also not helpful and came across as dismissive. During discharge, one nurse assisting was coughing, which made me uncomfortable and concerned about infection risk, especially since I am on steroids. Additionally, the discharge process felt rushed. I was still recovering from anesthesia and in significant pain,

Service is hit or miss. Our main problem, the lack of response. They’ve sent an invoice with a $0 balance twice per week for months. We’ve received about 50. I’ve notified them multiple times. I have further requested that they send billing electronically, which they won’t. The number of trees they’re killing is next-level.

Whatever you do, if you can avoid going to this hospital please do so. The staff is unfriendly and callous, no explanation given regarding billing. You are just suppose to figure it out by yourself. I wish I could go back in time and never go to this place. Don't walk please run away from this hospital.

DO NOT USE NORTHSIDE!!! Agree with lost of review here about how awful their billing works. I end up with a big bill every time I go there. They bill for the doctor and then separate charge for the Northside facility use! It’s insane! When you call their billing department, they tell you to call Northside and Northside can never explain what you’re paying for, they just want to collect your money!
