Northside Urgent Care - Sugar Hill

I never make reviews of medical places unless I am so pleased and appreciative of the work and staff. Now I didn’t get this nurses name and I normally do but I was in so much pain. She worked on 1/10/25 at 6pm(when I left). She made a moment I was in screaming(I actually screamed that the lobby heard me) so bearable. She made sure I was ok and really had a great presence. You really made sure I had everything I needed for a recovery and that my pain was valid. You made sure I didn’t pass out and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. It’s not common in my experience. The doctor was great too. She definitely held me accountable for my choices and I appreciate it. The staff really were amazing and recommend this location to anyone in need of an urgent care.

This was our first experience here and it exceeded our expectations. We suspected Broken Ribs and needed XRays. They were very busy , and somehow managed to have us in and out in under 2 hours! That never happens at Urgent Care. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and genuinely sympathetic to the patient. The check in process was easy. The triage nurse was Amazing! The PA was Fantastic!

Glad to finally find an urgent care with kind front desk, med techs, nurses and doctors on staff. My daughter was seen the other day, dx’d w flu. We easily made a save my spot appt on their website, and once we arrived we were taken back for testing around ten mins later. She was treated w kindness and care unlike Piedmont Urgent care. Iykyk😳 I’m grateful to all the staff we met with yesterday. She is super sick and being treated respectfully and gently in the medical world shouldn’t be rare these days. But it is. This place is a bright spot in the urgent care world for our area. Thank you ladies.

The check in process was simple. The receptionist was kind and approachable. The triage nurse was professional and nice. The lady doctor was informative , patient and a good listener. She listened to my thoughts and concerns. I had to come in two times due to minor reaction to a medicine. The 2nd doctor was very informative and caring. She suggested an adjustment to my prescription that I felt comfortable with at that time.

They are so caring and nuturing! I am thankful for the care I recieved coming in for X-rays for breaking both of my feet. They were attentive and offered such wonderful care! Love being able to save my spot online also so it helps shorten the time you are waiting in office to be seen!
