Customer service was great. Phylis was gentle, answered all my questions/concerns, and gave recommendations to improve my hygiene. Dr. Carter took the time to go over my X-rays, went into detail, and recommended treatment that was needed. Great experience all around, friendly staff, and would highly recommend.

I was fortunate to have a very good hygienist . This was her first time at this office. This practice uses "temporary" help and last cleaning wasn't very through. My experience this time was very positive.

I was pleasantly surprised by this office from the first time I called to inquire about making an appointment as a new patient. The receptionist was pleasant and sincere. Then Roger, the hygienist, although young was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful “bedside” manner. He was communicative and gentle. When Dr. Carter came in he proceeded to show me all my x-rays and pictures and explained everything in a way that I could understand. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my experience and made my next appointment for October. 💕👍🏻

Great dental practice! I was taken right in at my appointment time. My hygienist was wonderful - caring and efficient. I need a bit of follow up work that Dr. Carter clearly explained and showed to me using photos he had taken. I appreciate that individualized attention. The office staff was friendly and helpful, as always.
