Northside Urgent Care - Johns Creek

This is our second visit in a few months. Both times my husband was quickly seen and his issue was resolved The first time was with the doctor. Today we saw the NP. The front desk staff are friendly, efficient and caring. It does Urgent care well.

They don't seem to be willing to handle certain issues. They could not diagnose or prescribe anything for a constipation-related prolapsed hemorrhoid, and sent me to the ER instead. The ER was able to resolve it in less than a minute, and give me a prescription for over the counter stool softeners.

While driving an 18 wheeler near-by I was forced to pull over to get treatment for a bad reaction and quickly. Walked a block to the location, explained that I was parked in a turning lane and needed to get back to the truck ASAP. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out with treatment was less than 30 minutes! Amazing staff! Thank you!

We had a great experience w Dr. Duke for a small sports injury. Kind and communicative. Nice, new facility and friendly staff. We were in and out quickly. This will be our go-to for simple de visits and urgent care! Independently/physician owned, so not bound by a healthcare giant to dictate policy, pricing and processes. Yes, he does take insurance and is reasonably priced.

fine for an urgent care, but be warethis is a business, not a healthcare institution. they care more about money than about the real impact their care has on humans wellbeing. If you are actually sick and don’t know exactly what care you need to advocate for, I would not recommend being seen by this facility. The wait time was quick, less than ten minutes with an appt. I was seen for under 6 minutes for my flu symptoms by a nurse practitioner. She was not thorough in understanding or listening to my symptoms and issues and history and quickly told me she would prescribe me a medicine to alleviate symptoms. A few days later I’m not feeling better and in many ways doing worse and it turns out there were two prescriptions and she had misspoken and the pharmacy only had one medicine. I did in
