Northside Urgent Care - Grayson

The doctor that saw me was excellent! She listened and actually checked me out by looking in my ears, throat, nose and checking my vitals. The doctors I have seen the last several years won't even touch you to give you a diagnosis and seem to be bothered of your presence or in a hurry. It was refreshing to feel seen and heard. The nurses were also great and very sweet. Please never stop making your patients feel seen and heard. It makes a huge impact on the patient, especially when you are not feeling your best.

Got me back in time efficient manner very sweet and caring. I will drive the extra mile to go to northside urgent care. I love the staff and the care northside offers. I would love it if northside urgent care would expand towards ccovington either their offices though it would be a tiny bit closer.

Great place! No wait at all when I went. Can sign up ahead via their website for the next available appointment time. They can do x-rays onsite and seem to be able to deal with a lot more conditions than the little clinics in the drug stores.

Had to take my son here and he received excellent care. Did pre check in online and wait for about 15 minutes in waiting room before being called back. PA came in within minutes after RN intake was completed. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back here. Rx were sent over electronically to Walgreens in Grayson - got text from Walgreens and picked them up a few hours later. Neighborhood healthcare for the win- convenient and didn’t take all day.

Everyone was pleasant and professional. I did not have a long wait at all and the team took time to explain the process. Julia was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back if I had a need.
