Northside Urgent Care - Duluth

Had an appointment this morning and just wanted to say how nice the entire staff was. Before the nice and informative doctor came in, Mireille was so very nice, polite and comforting. After doc saw me, she came back in to give me a shot and breathing treatment to get me on my way. As I was leaving, gentleman named Damil went out of his way to say you get to feeling better and have a good day. Thank you all!!!

I honestly want to be selfish and not tell yall to go here just in case I need them again. There was no wait. I was super late ( they were about to close). However the staff from front to end was kind. I got absolutely no attitude about my timing. They had excellent bedside manner and hooked a sister up. The care I received was top tier. I will always take my small urgent needs here. Thank you to the ladies I wish I knew their names but again from the person at the reception desk to the assistant to the PA. Fantastic

I've been to this urgent care several times and the front desk staff is always polite and helpful, the techs/nurses are knowledgeable and professional, and the providers are thorough and attentive. Plus, I never have to wait long to be seen. I highly recommend this location for your urgent care needs.

The staff are nice and polite! This is my third visit of this location because of how quick the process was and the providers are thorough and understanding. I went to an urgent care because I need to get seen urgently and I did. Location is also clean!

This review was for the location across from Kroger on State Bridge Rd / Pleasant Hill Rd. When I walked in, the person at the front desk asked me if I had an appointment. I said that I was a walk in. She was kind of condescending when I said I was a walk-in and said it was an hour and half wait. It was the attitude behind the comment. The parking lot was empty and one person was waiting. She then proceeded to talk to her colleague. I was about to ask her more questions, but she was a bit rude so I left. The front desk staff in Lawrenceville off of Duluth Highway were much friendlier. There waiting room was also empty and I didn’t have to wait an hour and half.
