Northside Pharmacy

The people working there are wonderful. I was having a very hard time filling a prescription after being in Christiana Hospital, even the pharmacy at the hospital couldn't fill it. These wonderful folks explained the problems and worked with us to get the medicine we needed. Definitely a 5 star establishment.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Northside Pharmacy. Lately, there must be new employees, who are not up to par and still learning the system, but I've been told that I've already picked up and signed for my prescriptions and I've gone crazy looking for them, knowing that I never picked them up. Then get a phone call saying that they found them. I do have to mention one particular employee who always gets it right and is a asset to the pharmacy, KeKe (sp). You rock girl!! Thank you!!!!

Dave, the owner, is friends with my dad, and for years. And yet, even that doesn't get me the proper service. They are grossly inept and cannot retain employees, there are new people every time I go there. Every time I go, there's an issue. They didn't get something my doctor sent, they're out of what I am there to pick up, it's always something. I cannot deal with these people anymore, I wanted to give the money I'm spending anyway to a local business, and it's more of a headache than I can tolerate to continue to deal with them. This is my health, and if you take yours as seriously as I do, and I hate to say it, you'll just go to Walmart. Sorry, Northside. I wanted to like you.

Friendly and useless to be completely honest. Staff is nice but don’t know much. They are always out of stock. I get they’re a small mom and pop pharmacy but at least reach out to your customers when you can’t fill their prescriptions.

They are very friendly and customer-oriented, always have my scripts ready when they say they're ready, and the owner is extremely kind and helpful. It's just like an old-fashioned neighborhood pharmacy where everybody knows everybody.
