Northside Hospital’s Radiology Services

If I could give 1/2 a star I would. This practice does anything to gain a dollar. But let's start with scheduling department. Rude and half the time they schedule you incorrectly. Got an attitude when I didn't want to prescreen over the phone. Thats my right. The only reason I'm leaving a review is Bryson at the actual location is awesome! He has excellent customer service skills and a sweet personality. If the entire operation worked and carried his attitude there would be less negative reviews. Keep up the great work Bryson! You rock!

The mammogram and bone scan technicians were fantastic. I’m a doctor and am critical of many medical facilities. These women did not know I was a physician and were diligent in getting the best possible study for me. If you want the latest technology with the most experienced staff dedicated to getting the most accurate information, this is the place to go.

Be prepared for longgggg waits. Evey appt. I arrive 10 minutes prior to check in time which is always 30 minutes before your actual appt. time. And then I sit for 60 minutes. Basically 30 minutes over the expected wait time. This has happened for my three visits in four months. The staff deserves five stars. They are friendly and professional.

got 1 bill on a workers comp accident. i forwarded the bill along. never got a second bill or a phone call and they sent it to frost arnett for collections.

I was hesitant to go to this facility after reading the reviews, but I am glad I did not pay attention to them! The staff at this place were amazing! I was able to be scheduled for an apt time the next day and since the test I was having was supposed to be super painful, I was SO nervous! The lady at registration was the kindest person I have ever met and did a great job explaining all my options and took the time to make sure I made the best decision for me. The radiology tech knew how nervous I was and also made me feel so incredibly comfortable. The radiologist who performed the test was gentle and kind and communicated every step of the way and addressed every fear and question I had.
