Unfortunately, the concerns in other reviews about poor communication and difficulty scheduling are accurate. I’ve been trying for over a week to book an appointment for my father to get an injection that they recommended. He’s still in pain, and it’s been extremely frustrating. I’ve left voicemails every day with no response. I’ve been calling in the mornings before noon, knowing most offices return calls the same day if you call early, but still no one has followed up. We ended up having to book with a different location just to move things forward. It’s really unacceptable when someone is in a lot of discomfort. I hope management steps in and addresses how poorly this office is being run.

Very poor customer service! Had an appointment and the office had to close due to a water leak (which is understandable) but no call or VM to notify me or reschedule the appointment. My shoulder continues to be in pain after waiting 2 weeks for this appointment. The lack of consideration for customer schedule is terrible.

Horrible service. The front office should be fired period! Days without phone call returns, they LIE about insurance approvals and drag the patient process for weeks. I was left in pain for over a week and had to switch doctors and subject myself to another set of x-rays because for their refusal to provide my records. I notified my insurance company and directed them NOT to pay.

I was calling to schedule a new appt. We had a bad connection she said there was no problem with her phone and hung up on me. Very rude!
