Northside Heart - Roswell

Great doctor, great nurses, terrible scheduling administration. They unilaterally scheduled an echocardiogram for me without telling me or getting my input, and they scheduled it ON A DAY THEIR OWN OFFICE WAS CLOSED. I was on my way to what I thought was my ECG appointment and called to find out I missed the appointment that was scheduled on a day their office was closed of which I was never informed. I was on the phone for an HOUR and transferred to four or five different people to straighten everything out and get my ECG scheduled. Turns out someone put my orders in wrong, and it took being transferred to Dr. Leach's wonderful nurse Robin who was able to straighten everything out. After spending an hour on the phone I was placed on hold for 15 MINUTES waiting for someone from the ECG sch

I love Northside Hospital at Roswell. The doctors and nurses are very nice, patient and supportive. Special thanks to Ms. Donna Sally, the front desk lady. She is very helpful with a precious heart to make your schedule done. Ms. Donna Sally is the best clerk who make this world more beautiful and meaningful during my difficult time.

My first visit was welcoming, the nurse, the PA and the doctor were all courteous and professional. However, on my second visit the initial greeting from the front office representative was not welcoming at all. I came through the door, and as I was about 2 steps away from the desk, she shouted out 'what's your name?' I was taken aback and said good morning but she didn't respond only kept staring at me waiting for my answer. Fortunately, the specialist who dealt with me thereafter was courteous and professional.

Dr. Jordan is the best! He’s very thorough and very personable. He listened to my concerns and took time to answer all of my questions. I definitely felt that I was getting the best care. On a subsequent visit, highly experienced staff members Bill Griggs and Alyx performed several tests. They were both great. And I got my results the next day! Thank you Kelsey and Bill. Also, Rebecca in scheduling was very patient and informative. I definitely recommend this facility.

For the most part I have had a good experience. I am still waiting for a summary of my visit to posted to "MyChart" from last year. This year I was told that a summary of my visit will posted to "MyChart"...Still waiting! If anyone is reading these reviews maybe I will get the report! STILL WAITING! Maybe I should Record every Conversation with my phone!
