Northside Heart - Alpharetta

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. The medical assistants at this office are consistently kind, patient, and professional, which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, my interactions with the front desk receptionist, Cameel, have been quite the opposite. I’ve been to the office three times, and on each visit, asking a basic question has been met with an unnecessary attitude. Situations that should be simple are repeatedly escalated, creating an unwelcoming environment. For a practice that serves heart patients—many of whom may already be under stress—this level of customer service at the front desk is especially disappointing.
