The number of stars are not enough. This is a 10-star hearing care audiologist and the office is comfortable. Dr. Hendrickson is knowledgeable, empathetic, efficient, welcoming and skilled. Lisa in the front office is extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I have had issues with my hearing aids this past year (2025) when I had a different insurance and yet I was able to receive assistance even though they were not in network last year. I have been a patient of Dr. Hendrickson for several years, and I love and appreciate not only how knowledgeable she is, but how warm her approach to patient care is!
