Northside Family Medicine & Urgent Care - Roswell

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Northside Family Medicine and Urgent Care in Roswell and Dr. Cyrus Irani. When I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere else and was feeling stressed and discouraged, their office got me in quickly without hesitation. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The office is spotless, well-organized, and run with such professionalism. The front desk staff was kind and efficient, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Irani truly stands out. He was attentive, compassionate, and took the time to genuinely listen to me. I never once felt rushed. He made me feel heard, valued, and important — which is rare and so deeply appreciated. Even though the front desk person was not very nice, due to change in my insurance which was recently. I got a call from the doctor personally!! Wow! When I was unaware of the changes and came in not feeling well it was a shock to know that they did not accept my insurance, but after talking to Dr. Irani personally who is an amazing doctor, he explained what happened. I can’t tell you how stressful it was that day but I tell you what when you have a doctor like Dr Irani you are in good hands! He is amazing!! Thank you for the follow up!! I am giving you a 100 % positive rating as my friend but mostly as one of the best doctors ever! He is kind and after talking to him I understand! My husband initially went to the Urgent Care on Alpharetta Hwy, about 2 years ago, several times and got to know Dr. Cyrus Irani, and how professional he was, that he decided to switch to his practice. He’s been great, very insightful and able to assist with all matters. Highly recommend Dr. Irani with Northside Family Medicine and Urgent Care.

Front desk lady was so kind patient amazing!! It’s wonderful to have especially when not feeling well! The doctor and nurse I feel heard me out and wasn’t rushing. Both females both nice kind and patient as well! I was there yesterday on 12/6 around 4:50. Thank you everyone for your care!

I’ve been a patient of record for over 10 years. Dr irani is not only my doctor but a dear friend. He has of protocol for my diabetes.. I went in to make an appointment and I was treated so rudely because they’ve changed their protocol are some of their arrangements with insurance. I was willing to self-pay the front desk manager Don’t go to this place. These people are rude and this is not the the same place?!! Horrible front manager!!.
