I had a fantastic experience at RediMed in Covington thanks to the receptionist, Ashley the NP, and Ty the nurse. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted immediately. The receptionist was warm, personable, and made sure everyone who entered felt acknowledged and welcomed, which set a very positive tone for the visit. While Ty was taking my vitals, I asked a lot of questions, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and happy to explain everything thoroughly. Ashley was equally wonderful. She was attentive, thorough, and made sure every concern I had was fully addressed before ending the exam. Both Ashley and Ty were professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. I truly appreciate that they never made me feel rushed. I highly recommend this location and this team!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST 10-10🌟.. was absolutely feeling terrible. Someone told me to visit them because they were the best in the game I showed up with 103.2 fever I was Feeling absolutely terrible come to find out I had strep throat. They gave me the proper medications and they treated me with utmost respect almost like family. They offered me cold water. They offered me anything I needed to make myself feel better. I was greeted with smiles and understanding, And felt welcome and comfortable. After the medication they prescribed me I felt almost 10 times different for the better 45 minutes later. Thanks so so much you all. Yall are the best by far!

To try and keep this short, I had a VA mental health appointment less than three weeks ago where I tried to, as I’ve done for years to get them to understand the severity of my problems. What I was going through, how I was feeling, and the dire need for help. Besides asking “Me” what “I” wanted to do medication wise, and making no helpful suggestions, the doctor asked me if she needed to make arrangements for an ambulance to take me to the hospital! Nurse Lindsey saw me two days ago for my first appointment. I was feeling much worse than the day of my VA appointment. Lindsey asked more questions, did more typing and did more listening to me than any other doctor I’ve seen in the past, and showed a genuine concern, or determination if you will, to actually get me fixed, not to treat me like

I’m so grateful for the excellent care I receive from this team. I can’t say enough good things about Joel & his practice. Just as importantly, (maybe sometimes more considering your first interaction with any office is reception and it truly can set the tone for the rest of the experience) I want to highlight the incredible receptionist team. I know they handle so much behind the scenes, yet they are always polite, patient, and compassionate with every interaction. Popped in for a visit and was seen within 40 mins. Vitals taken, weight, and viewed by triage team for symptoms. Doc Hargis came in within 5-10 mins after they left the room. We discussed my symptoms as she checked my ears, nose, throat and chest. Yep, secondary pneumonia and then we discussed my treatment regimen. She hooked me up with some free samples and an inhaler to ease my breathing restrictions I was encountering. They emailed in my scripts, which were ready at the local Walgreens within 2 hours. It's now been roughly 20+ hrs since my visit, maybe 17-18 hrs since I started my meds and I'm already feeling 100% better. My insurance had lapsed and I came out of pocket $125/office visit, $40 for B¹² shot, and under $100 for all meds for @1-2 week's supply. Having to pay insurance for
