Dr. Jones provided excellent care & communication with me both before & after my recent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. He & his office staff were timely, polite & efficient. I would not hesitate to use Dr. Jones again & would feel confident recommending him to family & friends.

The Best Of The Best!! Dr. Caillouet is not only amazing she is a blessing! Long story short. I had painful gallbladder issues, went to the ER on a Monday and they stated I needed surgery. Went to Northlake Surgical Associates on Tuesday to meet with Dr. Caillouet regarding surgery and was scheduled 2 days later. Later on that day, I received a call and I caught pure hell from Victoria from STPH billing about having a high deductible and to have the surgery I need a deposit of $1800. I hit the floor! I was like great, either I get the money together or die🤦‍♀️ I had to pray and let god! I called Northlake Surgical Associates explained my situation and tried to reschedule the surgery to have time to get everything together. I have had 3 experiences with this group of surgeons. Dr. Jones is exceptional! He has done surgeries for 2 of my children. He is thorough, skilled, and has a fantastic bedside manner with his patients and their family. My 3rd, and most recent, experience was with Dr. Caillouet. All I can say is that it was the most horrible experience I have ever had with any doctor. She was completely unprofessional, showed obvious frustration with the patient and family members, and even worse, she admittedly used her authority to "punish" the patient by withdrawing medication after surgery. Her incompassion caused unnecessary pain and extreme discomfort for the patient. For Dr. Jones a 5 star rating wouldn't be enough, but because of the experience with Dr. Caillouet, a 2 star rating is the best that

Dr. Jones was on call when I was in the hospital. He had to insert a central line on me (while I was awake). Bless his heart! I gave him hell; but, he remained calm & professional. Since then, Dr. Jones has done 3 other surgical procedures on me. He's the ONLY surgeon I will use now! He's THE BEST! ❤️

Highly, highly recommend Dr. Caillouet for your surgical needs. The sweetest, most genuine bedside manner with surgical skills to match. Dr. Carpenter was also great for my dad, I'd also recommend him for men.
