I love going to Northlake Pharmacy. I never have any issue with my prescriptions and anytime I need to know something Rob is always there to answer and he goes above and beyond for customers. I would recommend Northlake Pharmacy to be your Pharmacy to take care of your medical prescription needs.

I absolutely adore Northlake Pharmacy. No Corporate feeling🚫!!! A neighborhood Pharmacy. A tiny treasure amongst all the outside noise. A small store, intimate and "old school." Where you can call and a human being actually answers the phone! The owner is always there to help and it literally feels like I stepped back in time. I can quietly speak with the pharmacist, and/or small staff, and they remember who you are! Remember the days when you could walk into your neighborhood Pharmacy, and they know you by name and greet you? Yes, like that! The store, although small, does sell the usual pharmaceutical items. For your convenience, ie: first-aid, pain relievers, allergy items. Plus some toiletries, household items, sunglasses, and more. Its an absolute pleasure and I wish we had more store

Rob and his staff are very accommodating, and reliable. It beats waiting in line at large chains for scripts that said on text they were filled only to find out not ready yet. I would recommend NLP to anyone in the area who needs personal and professional service.

I’ve been a customer of northlake pharmacy for quite a while. You get one on one care with rob, Attia and Tai. They always think about ur needs and being considerate and respectful and caring to their customers. I’ve been going thru a lot health wise and they all have been there for me. Thank you Attia for delivering when needed. I deeply appreciate you all.UPDATE 8/5/25 I want to again give my appreciation to the staff at Northlake pharmacy. I was so overwhelmed yesterday between mine and my husbands health issues and just mother needed emergency surgery I totally forgot to pick up a med I really needed. But ATTIA didn’t forget me after seeing I didn’t come by to pick it up. She called he and said she would be more than happy to deliver it for me yesterday I was able to sigh in relief
