I highly Reccommend Dr Wardlaw to anyone in need of sever GI problems or whatever stomach illments you may have. He's The man, The Myth, an The Legend. He has darn good bedside mannerisms. Furthermore he listens throughly to whatever concerns you may have an always has a plan of action up his sleeve. An I can't leave out his outstanding an Amazing Nurse Kim. Yesterday was my very first visit at NLG and everyone from the front desk to the back office and of course Dr Gensler were all very helpful, professional and unlike other Dr’s offices, they didn’t make me wait long at all, as a matter of fact my appointment was originally at 1:30 and at around 11:30 or so one of his nurses called me to let me know that Dr. Gensler was running a little late I believe seeing his patients in the hospital so she asked me if I could go in at 2:15 instead which I thought was son considerate of her and Dr Gensler, most Dr’s offices will let you get there, tell you once you’re there that he’s running late and let you decide if you want to wait or reschedule which is awful because I for one have to give up work hours to go to my appointments so I was very very than

Doctor Russell Wardlaw is a well-informed and personable doctor. It is a pleasure to have his care. Dr Wardlaw is timely, and sensitive to my needs. Under his care my recovery was swift. A super person!

I had my first appointment with Dr.Wardlaw this past week. As is normal for Me! I was fidgety, and nervous. Once he came into the room and introduced himself I felt way better than normal. I felt he covered the issues, and answered my questions professionally. I do have a procedure coming up and I feel very comfortable in the hand’s of Dr. Wardlaw’s Very nice, friendly staff as well.

Dr Wardlaw is the best. Dr.Wardlaw hears me and keeps me informed about my test results, and my options. No sugar coating here . Dr.Wardlaw could give some doctor's classes on "beside manners " . The nurses and staff are caring and understanding. This is 1 trip I don't mind making to Covington.
